I'm one month old and I'm COMING HOME!!!!

Whoop Whoop! Ty is one month old today, such a big boy. We went to the doctor for his one month check up and she said he looks great. He has gained almost two pounds and weighs 8lbs 11oz! 

We met the social worker at the dr office to give her pictures for S. She walked in with a big smile on her face and said "I just got a call and I have good news for you... you can go home!" So home we are going. We came right in the hotel and booked a flight. We will be home tom. afternoon. :) 

 

It's kinda surreal to go home, and I feel like in some ways it will cement that he is ours, even though I already know he is,  fitting him into our "new normal" lives will make it concrete. Call me crazy I also think I will miss it here and hope to come back soon for a visit.
