Happy Mother's Day!!!

I am so blessed with an amazing mother. She has always been there for me and goes above and beyond for me all the time. I realize today is a hard day for her, as this is our first mother's day without Mamaw. I don't want to get sappy, but Mamaw was the most amazing woman ever, and I know we all miss her, but I try not to be selfish and think how happy I am for her to be in Heaven.  I love you mom!!! I'm sorry today is hard for you. 

Almost five years ago now, I married Jeff. At that time I got a second mom. I am so lucky to have an amazing mother-in-law and have a great relationship with her. She is so sweet to me and always there to help out.

I'm sorry to both my moms that I have not gotten you a mother's day present, had a slightly crazy week hehe. But know I Love you and appreciate both of you. 

Today is a great day! Today I am a mom. :) I don't know if I will be a mom tom. but I know I am today and that makes today great. I know I will enjoy everyday that I get to be Ty's mom, however short or long that maybe.  We can't say we will be Ty's parents forever but we can say we are his parents for today and that in itself makes us so blessed.

I'm sure I'll post later, sitting around a hotel room taking care of a baby allows lots of time for thoughts. I'm excited about today because I don't know why I did not think about it before but I will be facetiming family so they can see Ty in action. It just hit me last night, and I was like holy cow why haven't I been doing that!
